Tara Mackin, Dublin JS Coach

Tara is a performing arts educator, theatre maker and producer. In 2023, she graduated from the University of Galway with a BA in Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies and Irish. She received a choral scholarship and was a member of the university’s chamber choir. She also took part in the University’s dramatic societies as a director and musical director.

She is currently a student at UCD completing a Masters Degree in Cultural Policy and Arts Management.

She recently received an Agility Award from the Arts Council of Ireland to further her writing for theatre.

Tara has been facilitating performing arts workshops for children for the last 6 years and she is very passionate about the benefits of arts education for children. She is delighted to be joining the Stage School Ireland Dublin Centre this term!
