Regional RIAM Spotlight Award for Jude Villegas

Congratulations from The Royal Irish Academy of Music to two very talented students Jude Villegas from Dublin and Jane Whirskey from Galway both received special RIAM Regional Spotlight Awards after their recent exam success.

Jane and Jude have now been recommended to receive a RIAM Spotlight Award recognition.

The Spotlight Awards, are regional celebratory events recognising music or drama performance achievement.

They will be invited to attend a regional ceremony to receive the award for their accomplishment, later this year which will be quite special!

Jude and Jane will also get the opportunity to be highlighted in Spotlight Awards Virtual Concert Hall. Students who wish to be included can record a performance of their piece specifically for our Virtual Concert Hall. This will be a web space where all awardees can be viewed, introducing themselves and their teacher and performing their piece.
